ECAHI vs Simple Workflow

Keep recurring work moving—without complicated project management software. Simple Workflow is built for small operational teams that manage orders, service jobs, customer requests, approvals, issues, and other processes that move through repeatable steps. Create a workflow once, then use it whenever new work arrives. Assign each step to the right team member, follow its progress, and immediately see what is pending, completed, or waiting for action. HOW SIMPLE WORKFLOW WORKS • Define the steps of your business process • Create a new task using that workflow • Assign each step to the responsible team member • Track the task as it moves from one stage to the next • See current status, ownership, and progress in one place USE IT FOR EVERYDAY OPERATIONS • Order processing and dispatch • Customer enquiries and follow-ups • Quotations and approvals • Service and maintenance jobs • Printing and production workflows • Supplier and purchasing processes • Insurance and document renewals • Internal requests and issue tracking BUILT FOR SMALL TEAMS Simple Workflow gives your team enough structure to stay accountable without forcing everyone to learn a complex project management system. Team members can update their work from their phones, while managers can monitor workflows and pending tasks from mobile, laptop, or desktop. Instead of searching through messages, spreadsheets, or long group conversations, everyone can see: • What needs to be done • Who is responsible • Which step is currently active • What has already been completed • What should happen next Simple Workflow is ideal for businesses that need repeatable processes and clear responsibility—not complicated project plans. Create your first workflow, add your team, and start tracking real work.
