BTX 311 is the City of Burleson's official app for connecting with local government on the go. Residents can submit and track non-emergency service requests, from potholes and drainage issues to trash pickup, animal services, code compliance, and parks concerns, complete with photos and map locations for faster resolution. With direct access to a city staff member and real-time request tracking, BTX 311 makes it simple to report problems, get answers, and stay connected.
