CollectIt
Read full descriptionHide full description
CollectIt is the app pottery studios and paint-your-own shops use to run their business. Every piece a customer paints has to be glazed, fired and then collected — often weeks later. CollectIt keeps track of all of it, so nobody is hunting through a shelf of unlabelled mugs or texting customers one by one to ask if they are coming in. FOR THE COUNTER • Scan a customer's QR code or a gift voucher barcode with the camera • Take card payments for sessions, pottery and retail • Look up any customer's work in seconds • Photograph pieces at drop-off so nothing is misidentified later TRACK THE WORK • See what is waiting to be fired, glazed, or collected • Mark a batch ready in the gallery and the customers are told automatically • Tell customers when a kiln batch is running late, without writing to each • Chase the pieces that have been sitting too long BOOKINGS • Your day's diary and table plan on the counter screen • Check parties in as they arrive • Take deposits so tables do not sit empty CollectIt requires a CollectIt subscription, which is arranged on our website. The app is for existing customers to sign in and use.
