Thresh Life is the reflection app for people who want more than a diary but less than a life coach. Most journaling apps give you a blank page and wish you luck. Thresh takes a different approach: capture what matters in the moment, then let meaning emerge over time. CAPTURE Write quick thoughts or deeper reflections. No pressure, no minimums, no streaks to break. Choose a focus—an event, a person, a conversation, a question—or just write freely. EXTRACT After you save, AI reads your writing and surfaces the stories, ideas, and questions hidden within. Not by rewriting your words, but by noticing what's already there. You decide what's worth keeping as separate entries. SYNTHESIZE Daily captures become weekly reviews. Weekly patterns inform quarterly reflections. What felt scattered becomes threaded. What seemed random reveals connection. DESIGNED FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY THINK - Prompt-first interface eliminates blank page anxiety - Flexible engagement celebrates return, not streaks - Multiple capture modes for different energy levels - Time-since indicators help you notice what you haven't reflected on AI THAT HELPS WITHOUT TAKING OVER - Extracts embedded content from your reflections - Surfaces connections across entries - Never rewrites or generates content for you - Your words, your insights, your growth BUILT NEURODIVERSE-FIRST Thresh was designed with ADHD and neurodivergent minds in mind. We know that starting is harder than continuing, that consistency is a myth, and that patterns become invisible without external scaffolding. Every feature accounts for this. Full iPad support with comfortable keyboard-friendly layouts. Your reflections stay on your device. The AI analyzes text transiently—nothing is stored on external servers. Thresh: where scattered moments become threaded meaning. Terms of Use: https://continuitylabs.ai/thresh/terms/ Privacy Policy: https://continuitylabs.ai/thresh/privacy/
