OIT Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NinjaOne Mobile has 73 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of NinjaOne Mobile's written reviews are positive against 0% of OIT Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

NinjaOne Mobile ships an update every 2 months, OIT Connect every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
