We are a mobility service company that allows public and private property operators to provide a car sharing platform offering access to on-demand vehicles, and electric vehicle charging, operated and maintained by Us (the “EV Mobility Vehicles”) that are located on-site at the property or in other designated areas (the “Location”) for personal use by the Location’s community members through EV Mobility’s smartphone App (collectively, the “EV Mobility Vehicle Services”)
