Phone number does not work there is no customer support. I have not been able to use the program.
I see it is unnecessary for the app to take a picture of your drivers license and current photograph. There is no tech-support to fix any errors. Also, there is no contact information. The phone number does not work.
Registration still fails
Seeing the same API registration errors at the time of this review. Agree with others that this appears to be abandoned.
Unusable
Can’t even register an account. Keeps giving me the same user inactive API error at the payment setup step
Useless if you can’t sign up successfully
Good concept. At a hotel in Seattle that uses this app to book a shared car. However one cannot sign up successfully if your address is not exactly how Google look up features said it is so it won’t match your credit cards. So basically useless because you can manually type in the address that matches the credit card and post office.

Can’t get past billing
I’m staying at Hotel 1000 in Seattle and would like to take advantage of the Tesla rental amenity. However I can’t get past the credit card information screen. It displays an error and the telephone number on the login screen is no longer in service. Seems like the service and app has been abandoned. Don’t bother. Find another way to rent.
