The My Citizen app makes Citizen watch ownership easy. Identify your watch in 1 of 3 ways – then activate your warranty, and access your watch information, setting instructions, and proof of purchase. All in just a few quick taps. Currently, identification of models manufactured prior to 2005, as well as models manufactured outside of the U.S., may be limited within the My Citizen App. We are gradually working to add more models to the database for your convenience. 3 WAYS TO IDENTIFY YOUR WATCH The first thing you will need to do after downloading the app is to identify your watch in one of three ways: Tag scan – using the tag that came attached to your watch Watch scan – using your mobile device’s camera to scan your watch face + case back Manual entry – if you know your model number, or caliber + case number SETTING INSTRUCTIONS Once you’ve identified your watch, you’ll never worry about misplacing your paper manual again. The My Citizen App gives you access to your setting instructions and specifications, whenever you need it. WARRANTY INFORMATION Activate your warranty directly with the app for added protection and peace of mind. You will also receive an additional year of warranty coverage for free (U.S. residents only). Store your proof of purchase within the app for easy reference. SUPPORT You can always get help with your Citizen Watch through My Citizen as well. Support for any issue you may be having is available within the menu, as are links to other areas of interest. We will be adding more features to the My Citizen app based on community feedback, so please let us know what you think. We strive to give you the best experience possible.

Not a bio. A small book about you. Answer the real questions once — love and commitment, dealbreakers, who you're looking for, what your week actually looks like. Type, or just talk. AI organizes it and never embellishes; the result is a doc in nothing but your own words — deeper than any dating profile. You approve every word, then send the link to the people you choose. A reader has a question? They ask it. Nobody reads ten thousand words, so every section takes follow-ups — answered only with what you said; when you never said it, it says so. They get to the point; you never retell yourself. Then someone actually reads it. The coach reads everything you wrote and tells you what a reader will remember, where they'll pause, and which question you walked around. Every point is anchored to your own words. No scores, no diagnosis, and it never speaks for you. Features: • Interview-style writing — answer like a chat, hands-free voice included • Ask it: every section of your doc takes follow-ups, answered only from what you said • The coach: someone reads all of it before you send, and only you can see what they wrote • Push notifications when someone reads, asks, leaves you a message, or asks you to add something • Read what readers asked and what your doc answered — and fix a thin answer in one sentence • One-sentence edits that patch your doc instantly, applied only after you preview • Private invite links with expiry and one-tap revocation • A privacy wall: follow-ups and interview content are visible only to you — by default, even platform staff can't read them, and every exception is audited Three things it doesn't do: make you up, speak for you, score you. No ads. Your data is never sold. Nothing goes live until you confirm it.
