Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mod Pods at 50% against Dubai REST's 7%. Mod Pods also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.0). Dubai REST's advantage is ratings volume (65 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Dubai REST ships an update every 3 weeks, Mod Pods every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
