Authix is an internal business tool for managing a corporate group's trademark portfolio: one record for every trademark, with its official names, registration numbers, dates and documents — replacing scattered spreadsheets and paper files. The dashboard shows what needs a decision now. Every trademark carries a clear colour-coded state, from Active to Expired, with a built-in guide explaining what each state means and what to do about it. Renewal reminders arrive by email in stages ahead of each deadline. Each trademark has a full page: official data, documents and certificates, timeline, and team notes — with search that handles varied Arabic spelling, and filters by company and state. Authix is for organisational use: accounts are created by group administration by invitation, with no self-registration. The information shown is for administrative follow-up; official registration certificates remain the authoritative reference.
