It is designed to help employees feel safe to speak up about things that concern them at work and to receive updates that their organization has taken action. You are in complete control of your data with Vault Platform. You may include evidence of misconduct in the form of text, screenshots or photos. The reports you create remain privately and securely stored on your device until you are ready to submit them directly to your employer. You decide when and how to submit the reports. No one can access unsubmitted reports on your device. When you choose to submit a report you can identify yourself or remain anonymous. A third option, GoTogether(™), will only submit a record when another Vault Platform app user in your organization names the same specific individual giving you the power of reporting misconduct through strength in numbers.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Eptura Engage at 4.5 against Vault Platform's 3.0. Eptura Engage also leads on ratings volume (679 vs 10) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Vault Platform's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 12%) and monetization model (free vs subscription). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Eptura Engage holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eptura Engage has 679 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Vault Platform's written reviews are positive against 12% of Eptura Engage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Vault Platform ships an update every 6 weeks, Eptura Engage fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
