Drop off pre-labeled UPS packages. Receive drop-off email confirmations. How Drop Off Works: Package Your Item Ensure your item is properly packaged and has a UPS shipping label attached. Visit a UPS Drop Box Simply open the drop box app on your phone to connect and open a door and drop off your item. Be sure to close the door when you're done. Receive Email Notification When your package is dropped off, you will receive an email notification.
