Start with a free AI physique scan, then train on a hypertrophy plan built around you: weekly sets for every muscle, plus macros and calories, in one app. FREE AI PHYSIQUE SCAN Take three photos: front, side and back. Forma suggests which upper-body areas to prioritize and gives a rough body-fat range, before you pay. It is an estimate, not a measurement. Photos are sent for analysis only with your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU Tell Forma your training days, your equipment and the muscles you want to bring up. It turns them into one weekly split. WEEKLY SETS FOR EVERY MUSCLE Every muscle gets its own weekly set target, and compound lifts count partly toward the muscles they also train. Side and rear delts, lats, traps and erectors are tracked separately, not lumped into "shoulders" and "back". A PLAN THAT RE-DECIDES EVERY WEEK From the sets, reps, load and RPE you log, Forma decides muscle by muscle: add a set, cut a set, or add weight. MACROS AND CALORIES IN THE SAME APP Search foods or scan a barcode, hit your protein target, and see your macros next to today's workout. CALORIE BANKING Eat at maintenance on up to three days a week, like weekends, with the deficit spread across the other days. Same weekly deficit, more freedom. YOUR REAL MAINTENANCE Forma estimates your maintenance calories from your weigh-ins and food log, not just a formula. Steps from Apple Health are shown on your day, and they never inflate your calorie target. BUILT ON PUBLISHED RESEARCH Mifflin-St Jeor for energy, 1.6 to 2.0 g of protein per kg of bodyweight, and evidence-based weekly volume ranges. FORMA PRO Forma Pro is required to use the app after onboarding. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
