Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: MobileNetrix at 100% against MyBILH's 51%. MobileNetrix also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 18.0). MyBILH's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.7) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyBILH holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyBILH has 1.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of MobileNetrix's written reviews are positive against 51% of MyBILH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MobileNetrix ships an update every 5 months, MyBILH every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
