Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Bubble Care Express Laundry at free against Viya's free with in-app purchases. Bubble Care Express Laundry also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Viya's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 14%) and ratings volume (348 vs 21). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
