This 30-day program will help you increase your flexibility. The program utilises a mixture of active and passive stretching techniques to give you the fastest gains possible in the shortest time. While working on the splits you not only improve the flexibility of hamstrings, thighs, and hips but also promote better blood circulation to the areas most affected by the sedentary lifestyle. This guide will cover ways to increase flexibility in just ten minutes per day. But here’s the trick: you have to commit to stretching. Stay as consistent with a stretching routine as you would with a fitness routine or diet program. Our programs are especially designed for complete beginners, so take all the time you need in reaching your goal. Even if you are a bit more advanced, make sure you complete the warm up and each step daily to keep yourself injury free.

Stretching with a goal you can feel. Pick something you want your body to be able to do — touch your toes, sit cross-legged with ease, squat with your heels down, reach behind your back, or get up off the floor without your hands. Flexi finds where you're starting, gives you a few minutes a day, and checks how far you've moved every week. NEW IN 2.0 ⊕ Goals for your body. A quick self-test sets your starting line, and every week a check shows how far you've moved. Reach the goal and the next level opens up. Try any goal free for 3 days. ⊕ Feel it, every session. One tap before and after: "how tight is your back?" See the change right away, like "Tight → A little stiff", and how much looser you usually leave. ⊕ A plan made for you. Tell Flexi what you're here for, where you're tight and what to avoid — your plan is built around your answers, and anything you mark off-limits never appears, in any plan. ⊕ Plans that explain themselves. Every routine is grouped, with a line on why each set of stretches is there. WHY WOMEN CHOOSE FLEXI ⊕ Voice-guided, every hold. Clear illustrations, a timer and a calm voice pace each stretch. ⊕ Your session, your pace. Hold each stretch for 20, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. Tap Done to move on when you're ready, or add 15 seconds and keep holding. ⊕ No weight talk, ever. Flexi is about feeling looser, calmer and more mobile — never about how your body looks. ⊕ A streak that forgives you. One rest day a week won't break your streak, and your progress leads with total minutes stretched — a number that only goes up. ⊕ No account, no sign-in. Your stretch history stays on your iPhone. ⊕ One honest price. No trial that turns into a charge — the price is shown up front, and cancelling takes two taps from Settings. PLANS FOR EVERY PART OF YOUR DAY ⊕ Your Plan — built from your answers, sized to the minutes you have. ⊕ Quick Breaks at Work, Home, Outdoor, Travel and Gym routines. ⊕ Full Body Reset, K-Pop Dance Stretch, and gentle Postpartum stretches. ⊕ Focus plans for shoulders and neck, back, hip flexors and thighs. ⊕ Over 50 illustrated stretches across 8 body areas. ⊕ Daily reminders at a time that suits you, and a progress dashboard. SUBSCRIPTION Flexi is free to download, with a selection of plans free forever. Every goal's first 3 days are free, once per goal. A Flexi subscription unlocks every plan and all five goals in full, monthly or yearly. There is no free trial on the subscription; payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time: in Flexi, Settings → Manage Subscription, or in your Apple Account settings. Flexi is a fitness and wellbeing app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Stop if a stretch causes pain, and talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting a new exercise routine — particularly if you are injured, pregnant or recently postpartum. The postpartum plan is for after your provider has cleared you for exercise, and is not a substitute for pelvic-floor physiotherapy.
