best app ever
I only did the two days so far in the 30 day split challenge, and I already see progress. It really works
Incroyable
Le concept de l’application est incroyable ! Il n’y pas seulement des exercices pour le grand- écart, mais aussi pour toute la souplesse en général. Les exercices sont simples et l’on peut progresser très vite avec.

L’application est très bien dans l’excellent concept mais il y a énormément de beug par exemple j’ai été obligée de réinitialiser l’application 5 fois avant que ça marche pareil pour la fin ou je n’ais toujours pas eu les résultats de mon entraînement ! Juste cela qui est embêtant et qui demande beaucoup de patience a par ça l’application est géniale 😍😘

I don’t write reviews but this app is the only program that got me to my splits in 20 days after trying for almost a year. 3 years later I’m re-downloading it because once I had my splits I thought it would be hard to lose. But knowing this app is the only thing that can hold me accountable im re-downloading it.

bought the app still asking for money
before the new design I had purchased the app to unlock all the exercises and for a brief moment it also removes ads. Now where is this newer version is asking for me to pay more money to remove the ads. I understand it’s not a lot of money however it leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Buggy and dodgy
Adjusting time between exercises does not work, it’s always 30s. Sometimes the sound is super quiet until an ad blasts at you at full volume when you finish a set. Images are hard to follow and people are in positions that my body can’t ever hope to get in. Finding a new app.

Don’t buy
Terrible. Paid 1.99 and app crashes so I can’t pause an exercise and the screen goes dark. Don’t waste your money.
Missing a step
The 30 day front split program is missing one side of the pigeon stretch in the progression. Please fix it.

Is it 1.99 for each lesson or does it count or te whole program for 30 days?
