Count Hearts by IQNITER - your activities, measured by heart rate turn into hearts. Turn your heart rate into results—whether you’re participating in the "Count Hearts" challenge with colleagues or training with a specific heart-rate focus. COUNT HEARTS – MOVE TOGETHER "Count Hearts" makes physical activity simple, social, and motivating. Every bit of movement counts. Jog on the spot while the coffee brews, cycle, take the stairs, run, clean, or do some gardening. When your heart rate reaches moderate intensity, you earn 1 heart per minute. At high intensity, you earn 2 hearts per minute. The WHO recommends earning at least 150 hearts per week. Make movement a part of your daily routine alongside your colleagues.
