Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ATS886 at none against Luck Jingle's 3. ATS886 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Luck Jingle's advantage is rating (2.9 vs 2.5) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Luck Jingle sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. ATS886 asks for nothing beyond the download.
Luck Jingle holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luck Jingle has 136 ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Luck Jingle's written reviews are positive against 34% of ATS886's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Luck Jingle ships an update weekly, ATS886 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
