Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Go Browser at 4.7 against XR Browser's 3.6. Go Browser also leads on ratings volume (529 vs 12). XR Browser's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Go Browser sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. XR Browser asks for nothing beyond the download.
Go Browser holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Go Browser has 529 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of XR Browser's written reviews are positive against 71% of Go Browser's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
