The word ATA7ADAK comes from the Arabic word اتحداك meaning “I challenge you”. ATA7ADAK helps to realise the simplicity of exercising and keeping healthy and fit whether in home, gym and even your workplace in 7 minutes only. ATA7ADAK integrates with your iPhone's Health app (Health Kit) to ease the registration process and fill automatically your measurements. YCC are aiming to share ATA7ADAK values with the nation to help reduce obesity and help spread the awareness of importance of health and fitness in our daily lives. We provide basic easy to do training schedules with or without any equipment, nutrition plan and weekly follow ups to help you win your own challenge and reach your goal.
