Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Interval Timer at 4.9 against TempoReps's 4.0. Interval Timer also leads on ratings volume (246 vs 4) and review sentiment (84% vs 67%). TempoReps's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
