Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Box Breathing at 318 against FunFitLand's 5. Box Breathing also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6). FunFitLand's advantage is review sentiment (87% vs 79%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Box Breathing sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and FunFitLand sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Box Breathing holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Box Breathing has 318 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Box Breathing's written reviews are positive against 87% of FunFitLand's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Box Breathing ships an update every 3 weeks, FunFitLand every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
