Live with intention Metriotes is a set of tools designed to help you live more consciously. A space to pause, reflect, and choose with clarity where you want to go. We live surrounded by routines, expectations, and constant distractions that push us onto autopilot. Metriotes exists to help you step out of that mode and reconnect with what truly matters: understanding why you do what you do and where you're headed. Define your north Your north is your guiding star. It's not a final destination — it's the way you choose to live each day. With Metriotes, you can define your north and keep it present, so your decisions stay aligned with what truly matters to you. Goals that mean something Create goals aligned with your north, or find inspiration in our Inspiration section and adapt them to your own life. Share them with others and grow as a community. With Metriotes Premium, you can generate complete goals using intelligence, including suggested steps and habits based on your context. You can also do a daily spoken check-in and adjust your plan whenever life changes. Daily tasks and habits Turn your goals into concrete actions: Tasks, with a start date or a start and end date, visible during the period you define. Habits, daily or weekly, that help you build consistency over time. Each day you'll see only what you need to do today, keeping your focus clear and your mind at ease. You can assign schedules to tasks and habits to receive reminders at the right moment. Professionals who support your journey Connect with coaches, psychologists, trainers, and other wellbeing professionals through the Metriotes directory. Explore profiles, discover events and sessions, and book directly from the app. If you're a professional, you can create your profile, publish events and classes, and reach people who are actively working on their personal growth. Complete privacy Your data is completely private. Nothing is shared without your consent. Metriotes is a safe space, just for you. Metriotes Metriotes comes from the Greek term «μετριότης»: moderation, right measure, balance. We don't pursue perfection or constant productivity. We understand that not every day feels the same — and that's part of being human. What matters is awareness: knowing how you're living so you can choose, adjust, and move forward with intention. Leave autopilot behind. Define your north. Start today. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
