ShiftWell is the recovery and wellbeing platform built for shift workers — nurses, care aides, clerks, medical staff, first responders, paramedics, firefighters, police, and anyone whose body is fighting a schedule nature never intended. Working against your body clock takes a toll, and almost every health app is designed for people who sleep at night. ShiftWell is built for you. DAILY READINESS Your readiness score pulls together sleep, energy, stress, and recent shift history to show how recovered you actually are — not how you're supposed to feel. AI RECOVERY INSIGHTS Personalised daily guidance grounded in your real data. Not generic tips, insights get more specific to you as you provide more check-in information. YOUR SHIFT CALENDAR Enter your rotation pattern once and ShiftWell builds your full schedule automatically. Override individual days, or add personal events alongside your shifts. CHECK IN AFTER EVERY SHIFT Log sleep, energy, stress, and how the shift actually felt — in under two minutes. Over time your data tells a story, and ShiftWell's AI reads it so you don't have to. STREAKS AND PROGRESS Build a check-in habit with streak tracking and milestone badges. Your 30-day averages show whether things are actually getting better. PAY CALCULATOR See what you earned each pay period — night premiums, weekend rates, and overtime, broken down shift by shift. BC nurses: the current BCNU wage grid is built in. GROUPS Join a group with your friends, family, or team to see when everyone's actually free. Members share only their availability and first name, and every group has report, block, and remove tools plus clear community guidelines. Built by a nurse, for people who work when the world sleeps. ShiftWell Pro is a one-time purchase — pay once, yours forever. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
