KNOW YOUR STRENGTH • SP Score gives your total strength one number, 100 to 700, built from six movement patterns and normalized to your body • Watch your score climb, rank up through tiers, and see exactly which lifts move it TRACK WITHOUT THE FRICTION • Log sets with your voice.
