**Mindful Drift — a gentler way to use your phone** We all know the feeling: you pick up your phone to check one thing, and twenty minutes later you're still scrolling. Mindful Drift doesn't block your apps — it gives you a moment to pause first. **How it works** When you open an app you've chosen to track, Mindful Drift gently interrupts with a simple question: how are you feeling right now? No judgment, just a moment of awareness. From there, you can choose a redirect — a short breathing exercise, a quick journal entry, a walk, a glass of water — instead of scrolling. Or you can open the app anyway. Either way, you're choosing on purpose instead of on autopilot. **Features** — App intercept: pause before the apps that pull you in most — Mood check-ins: a quick, honest moment of reflection — Personalized redirects: pick activities that actually help, and customize your own — Streaks & XP: build momentum and watch your progress grow — Stats: see your patterns by app, mood, and redirect over time — Weekly Wrapped: a reflective look back at your week, every Sunday — Badges: small celebrations for small wins **Built for awareness, not shame** Mindful Drift isn't about willpower or restriction. It's a mirror — a way to notice your habits and gently choose differently when you want to. There's no failure here, just noticing. **Privacy first** All your data stays on your device. Nothing is shared, sold, or used for ad targeting. **Mindful Drift Plus** Upgrade to remove ads and support continued development. --- Want me to adjust tone, trim it further, or add anything (e.g. mention of the addiction/recovery use case you mentioned earlier)?
