Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: pMD at 74% against PowerChart Touch's 9%. pMD also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.2) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). PowerChart Touch's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
