Verdict
KFOR and The Norman Transcript both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of The Norman Transcript's written reviews are positive against 23% of KFOR's. The Norman Transcript also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.1). KFOR's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
