With the Berkeley311 app, City information and services are conveniently accessible through your mobile device! This app allows you an easy way to submit Non-Emergency service requests directly to City staff. This is the fastest way to receive status updates, additional communications and notifications when your issue or question is resolved. If you do not want to use this app, then please call 311. IMPORTANT NOTE: Concerns are addressed during business hours (M-F; 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m.), NOT on a 24/7 basis or during holiday hours. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
