After the prospect leaves the property, the leasing professional sends a one-touch follow-up to the prospect and schedules a time to circle back with the prospect. Upon closing the guest card, Power Pro automatically files the electronic copy of the information, which the leasing professional can access at the touch of a button, and will notify them when it is time for them to follow-up again.
