Seconds is an interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, circuits and any workout built from timed intervals. It calls each interval out loud, keeps running with the screen off, and runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Apple has featured it, and Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, has said it is the fitness app he uses more than any other. BUILD ANY WORKOUT - Start from a HIIT, Tabata or circuit template, or build a timer from scratch with sets, rounds and intervals of different lengths. - Chain timers into one compound timer, so a warm-up flows into the main set and then a cool-down. - Color-code every interval so you know what is coming before the beep. - Share a timer with a friend in one tap. HEAR IT, DON'T WATCH IT - Voice cues call out each interval by name and warn you before the next one starts. - Beeps and bells are there too if you would rather not be talked at. - Play your own music, per timer or per interval. Cues duck the music and it comes back up when they are done. - The timer keeps going in the background while you use other apps or the screen sleeps. ON THE GYM FLOOR - A full-screen, color-coded display you can read from across the room, in portrait or landscape. On iPad it uses the whole screen. - A lock button stops a stray tap from pausing your set. APPLE WATCH - Seconds runs on the watch by itself, so the phone can stay in the locker. Timers you build on the phone sync to the wrist, and Quick Intervals builds a basic circuit on the watch itself. MORE TIMERS - A stopwatch that marks your best and worst laps. - A countdown timer with five preset durations (three on Apple Watch). APPLE HEALTH - Save workouts and mindful sessions to Health. With a heart rate monitor connected, Seconds reads your body measurements and year of birth from Health to estimate calories burned. FREE TO TRY, ONE PAYMENT TO UNLOCK - Everything is available from the first launch. Build any timer and run it. - Each timer locks after you run it once. A single in-app purchase removes the lock on every timer you make. SECONDS AND SECONDS PRO - Seconds Pro is the same app, paid once up front, with nothing to unlock. The two are separate products and a purchase in one does not carry over to the other. If you bought Seconds Pro, download Seconds Pro. If you bought the unlock in Seconds, download Seconds and use Restore Purchases.

Kuta is the treadmill training app for runners who want structured workouts without memorizing every speed change. Pick one of 31 coach-built treadmill sessions, including beginner intervals, HIIT, tempo runs, hill workouts, 12-3-30, VO2max sessions and Norwegian-inspired threshold training. Or describe the session you want and Kuta drafts it. 31 PRESETS, FREE FOREVER - 12-3-30 viral treadmill walk - 30/30 VO2max intervals - Norwegian 4x4, 10x3, 5x6 and 3x10 threshold sessions - Tempo run, cruise intervals, threshold stacker - Hill power sprints, Kenyan hills, rolling hills - 400m, 800m and mile repeats - Walking and walk-jog sessions, beginner intervals, recovery runs EXACT SPEED CUES Kuta speaks every speed change out loud. Voice cues mix on top of Spotify and Apple Music at full volume. No ducking, no pausing, no awkward audio handoff. You hear the speed, you change the treadmill, you keep running. DESCRIBE A WORKOUT Type something like "30-minute threshold run with 4 hill repeats", "4x4 min with 3 min jog recovery" or "easy 40 minutes with some strides", and Kuta drafts a full warmup, main set, recoveries and cooldown using your paces. The draft shows how it read your words, so you can see what it assumed. Review it, adjust it, then save or start it. Drafting is free to try on every iPhone. Keeping and running drafts is part of Kuta Pro. ON-DEVICE AND PRIVATE Workouts are drafted on your iPhone using Apple Foundation Models when Apple Intelligence is available, and by Kuta's own on-device planner when it is not. No cloud. No account. No prompt history sent anywhere. INCLINE REMINDERS When a workout calls for incline, Kuta shows the target percent on the active screen and announces it. Kuta does not pretend to control your treadmill. It tells you what to set and trusts you to set it. REAL TREADMILL DISTANCE Distance is calculated from the speed and time you actually ran. No GPS guesses. Standing rests, distance intervals and mixed sessions all show accurate totals. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN A Live Activity shows the current interval and the countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can glance down without unlocking. PACE PROFILE Set your marathon, half marathon, threshold, 10K and 5K paces once. Every preset and every draft uses them. Change a pace and your workouts follow. PROGRESS, HEALTH AND STRAVA See your weekly volume, pace trend and personal records. Turn on Apple Health sync to save each run as a workout in Health. Every finished run also produces a Strava-ready description with the interval structure, distance, incline and recovery style. REPEAT ANY WORKOUT Tap a recent workout on the home screen to see the full breakdown, then repeat it with one tap. Drafted workouts repeat exactly, interval for interval. KUTA PRO One-time purchase. No subscription. Pro unlocks: - Keeping and starting drafted workouts - Unlimited custom workouts - Unlimited favorites - Unlimited history The 31 presets stay free forever. PRIVACY Kuta keeps everything on your iPhone. No account. No analytics. No tracking. No cloud sync. No third-party SDKs that collect data. Apple Health sync is off unless you turn it on, and Kuta only writes to Health, never reads from it. Export your data as a file whenever you like. DESIGNED FOR RUNNERS WHO ACTUALLY USE A TREADMILL Kuta is not a generic interval timer. It is built around what matters on a treadmill: exact target speeds, incline reminders, standing rests, music that does not dim, and summaries that match what you actually ran. Built by a runner. Tested in real treadmill sessions.
