About

Gymquisition

Features

Gymquisition builds your training, your meals and your supplements on your numbers, not on somebody else's. TRAINING Generate a plan from how you actually live: how many days you can train, how long a session of yours really lasts, what equipment is within reach, what you are after. Or write your own, exercise by exercise. The plan moves with you as the loads go up. FREE WORKOUT No plan, no problem. Write down sets and reps as you train, with supersets, drop sets and rest-pause chainable in any order, because that is how people actually train. A rest stopwatch starts the moment a set is filed. THE SHAPE OF THE DAY One point per set, as high as that set was heavy, with the line breaking at every change of exercise. It answers the question numbers alone do not: did the session hold up, or fall away set after set? A switch turns it from volume to the load used. CALENDAR Weekly and monthly volume, and every session drawn at the hour you trained it. The last few weeks lie over each other on one chart, so a flat week shows up before it is over. MEALS A plan with calories and macros worked out from your weight, your height and your goal, split across the meals you actually eat — two to eight a day. Names and times are yours to change. SUPPLEMENTS A plan that says what to take, how much, at what hour exactly, what it costs a month and how solid the research behind it is. Nothing is for sale here: Gymquisition sells no supplements and earns nothing if you buy any. REMINDERS Switch a reminder on for any meal or any supplement hour. When the two fall at the same time you get one notification, listing everything due. COACH One code links your profile to a trainer, who can then read and write your plans. Until you hand it out, your data stays yours. ALSO - English and Italian, kilograms or pounds, light or dark - Your data lives in your account and follows you to any device you sign in on - No subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases DISCLAIMER Gymquisition is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. The meal and supplement plans are informational material built on general formulas: they do not replace a doctor, a dietitian or a blood test. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to a doctor before changing your diet or starting any supplement.
