It's the end of the lineup. The WaitWell Customer App allows you to join a line using your mobile device. We will let you know your position in line and estimated wait time, so you can arrive just in time for service. WaitWell send you a notification when your turn is getting closer so you can make your way to the location and be ready for service. While you are waiting, you can fill out intake forms and communicate with staff through in-app messaging. Never wait in line again just to ask a quick question. WaitWell replaces lineups with a mobile queue solution so you never have to waste time standing in line again.
