OptiMantra provides integrative medicine and wellness practitioners with a comprehensive, easy-to-use, online practice management and Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) software that is customized to their practices and services. In a centralized platform, single and multi-practitioner offices can manage their entire practices: tracking practice details, patient medical information, financial accounts, and supplies. Everyday tasks - online appointment scheduling, calendar management, the creation, sending and receiving of patient intake forms, the completion of charts, reception of payments, superbills, submission of insurance, tracking and replenishment of inventory - are completed in a couple of clicks.
