Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: True Helix at 4.6 against Armstrong's 2.4. True Helix also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 15 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Armstrong's advantage is ratings volume (47 vs 9) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
