Features

S-Load is the strength training app built for lifters who want to see their progress, exercise by exercise, in an interface that makes them want to open the app every day. DAILY ESSENTIALS You log your sets. The app handles the rest. Weekly volume per muscle, set by set. Yearly adherence calculated day by day. Records detected automatically, on weight and on reps, and celebrated the moment you validate the set. A session score out of 100 that quantifies what you just did and places you on a visual tier scale. Some tiers are rarely unlocked. For every exercise: your progress curve, your best result, your full history. Your last performance sits right under each set while you train. At a glance, you know exactly where you stand. THE LAB New in 1.1. A page that reads your workouts for you. Your calorie target moves with your weigh-ins, your macros follow. A verdict on every exercise: improving, stalling or slipping. Your muscle balance month by month, your smoothed weight trend, your SBD total in validated loads. You compose it yourself: every module can be turned on or hidden. PROGRAMS Four calibrated programs ready to use: Push Pull Legs 3-day, Upper/Lower 4-day, Full Body 3-day, Hybrid PPL 6-day. Or build your own: exercises, sets, reps, rest, supersets. A library of 160+ movements organized by muscle, with form guides and demo videos, plus your own custom exercises. Export a program via QR code, import a training partner's. Edit it whenever you want. Program building was designed to be fast, not to feel like a spreadsheet. TRAINING MODE The moment you start, the whole app turns red. The rest timer starts on its own, your loads from last time are already in place. Live Activity and Dynamic Island keep the timer in sight. A free workout counts toward your week, even in a different gym. Everything works offline and syncs when you're back online. AN INTERFACE WORTH THE OPEN Native iOS 18. Permanent dark mode, no light mode ever. Polished animations, precise haptics, refined typography. iPhone widgets show your week and your volume per muscle without opening the app. The Lock Screen widget starts a session in one tap. 131 achievements, badges, session sharing to stories in three styles. The app takes your seriousness seriously. PREMIUM The essentials are free. Premium unlocks unlimited programs and custom exercises, the full exercise library, progress curves, the complete Lab, QR code program sharing and 5 alternative icons.
