Inspired by paper planners, Finalist shows your calendar, tasks, notes, reminders and weather forecast in one beautiful timeline. It even pulls in your Journal Suggestions and Activity Rings to keep you inspired. Gorgeous themes make planning a joy, not a chore. Finalist is built for people who finish things, no complex workflows or productivity theater. NOTES, IN YOUR PLANNER Your planner remembers what you wrote. A dedicated Notes tab gives you notebooks, tags and search. Keep native notes that sync over iCloud, or connect a folder of plain markdown files, including your Obsidian vault, and edit them in place. Tasks inside your markdown files become real Finalist tasks: dated, tagged and checkable anywhere in the app. YOUR DAY, ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app puts your whole day one glance away: events, tasks, reminders and habits in one scrollable view, topped by a Now card that always knows what matters next. Check off pinned lists from the wrist, grocery list included, and add tasks by keyboard, scribble or dictation. Complications and a Smart Stack widget round it out. (Requires watchOS 26.) DESIGN YOUR DAY Choose between two Daily designs: Daybook, the classic stacked layout, or Broadsheet, a newsprint-inspired look that shines on iPad and Mac. Rearrange sections with the layout editor and save your own presets. On the rebuilt Timeline, drag tasks onto the grid to sketch your day in pencil, then commit when it's real. "I've tried dozens of planning apps, this is the one that finally works." - Beta user "The integration of Reminders and Lists reduces the apps I need daily and makes planning actually fun." - Beta user Built with native Apple technologies: no accounts to create, syncs over iCloud, supports Family Sharing, and runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro and Mac. Full database backup, export and import via JSON and OPML. Finalist is a love letter to paper planners. Give it a try, it feels great :) Purchasing information To get the full functionality in Finalist you will need to either purchase a subscription or a one time In-App Purchase for Lifetime access. About

Present

Features

Present is the group focus app that blocks distracting apps on every phone in your circle at the same time. Built for couples, housemates, friends, and parents with teens, it turns screen time limits into something you do together instead of a willpower fight you lose alone. Start a session and each phone blocks its own apps for the same window using Apple Screen Time. Afterwards everyone types or speaks a short reflection, revealed to the circle all at once. Over weeks, those reflections become a shared journal of the time you gave back to each other. HOW IT WORKS - Start a session — tap once and every phone in your circle blocks its distracting apps for the same window. Or schedule a routine like dinner or a quiet hour before bed, and the block turns on by itself, even offline. - Focus together — a live countdown shows who is in and who stepped away. Nobody controls anyone else's phone. Each person chose to block their own, and that shared choice keeps you honest. - Reflect and reveal — type a short reflection, or just speak and Present writes it down for you. Keep it private or share it. Shared reflections unlock for everyone at the same moment, so nobody is swayed by what someone else wrote. WHO IT'S FOR - Couples who feel a phone on the table changing the conversation and want evenings actually spent together - Parents with teens who are tired of policing screen time and want a fairer deal: everyone blocks, nobody is singled out - Housemates and study partners who want a shared deep work block that holds WHAT MAKES PRESENT DIFFERENT - Everyone blocks their own phone, by choice — unlike parental control apps, no one has power over another adult's device. That is why it works for couples and friends, not just families. - Reflection, not just restriction — an app blocker stops the scroll. Present asks what you did with the time and lets your circle see it together. That is what makes the habit stick. - Private by design — speech becomes text on your phone, nothing is recorded or uploaded, and audio never leaves it. Only entries you chose to share are ever used in recaps. KEY FEATURES - Block distracting apps on every phone at once, so focus becomes a group habit instead of a solo struggle - Routines that block automatically, so dinner, homework, or bedtime stays phone-free without anyone remembering to tap - Live countdown showing who is still in, so accountability is visible and gentle - Speak or type a reflection after every session, so you capture what the time was worth - Simultaneous reveal, so each person's honest answer stays their own - A shared journal with monthly chapters, so you can look back on what you built together - Streaks, a progress ring, badges, and a circle leaderboard, so you can see the habit forming - Widgets and Live Activities, so your session and streak are visible without opening the app USE PRESENT FOR - Dinner without anyone checking a notification - A weeknight where you and your partner actually talk - Homework hour where the parent's phone is down too - A study block with friends that survives the first buzz - The last hour before bed, without the scroll FREE AND PLUS Present is free on your own: run personal focus sessions, block your apps, and track your streak. Present Plus unlocks everything you do with others: circles, reflections, the shared journal, badges, the leaderboard, and monthly recaps. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Present Plus is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
