The right combo for a Visual-Spatial Learner and Visionboard Goal Setter
Beats Structured, TickTick, Things 3, and all other planner apps
The two-way seamless sync between this app and the native iOS Calendar and Reminders apps is a game changer. After taking a day to learn it, the investment in finding out about its workings and quirks makes daily planning so much more delightful as your time spent in the day becomes more meaningful. This app is going to change the way people value their time and how they plan their lives. Absolutely love it!
The best I tried in 10 years
Best planned app out there
Calendar??
Update I found it. And I updated the stars
But a support email would be helpful
Awesome Daily planner
Why doesn’t mobile and desktop sync?
Epic organiser for your life !
Best in Class Daily Planner!
Finalist draws inspiration from traditional paper planners and really embraces the Day Planner feel. Its standout feature is the Daily tab, which organizes all your calendar events and tasks. You can customize it to only show the information that matters most to you. The design is incredibly detailed, with great typography and color choices that help draw attention to the important stuff.
Plus, Finalist works well with Apple’s Reminders in addition to its own tasks function. Between the two, I’ve been able to manage my to-do list very well.
Finalist is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed that it makes me want to use it. It’s simplified my planning and made it easier to manage my day and get things done. Highly recommended!
After using it for 949 days I no longer recommend Finalist.
Finally found my digital planner!

THE Finalist One
If you are drawn to passionate developers who’re more interested in giving the world consistently awesome apps rather than seeing how many in-app-purchases they can squeeze out of vulnerable customers, then THIS app should be your FINALIST!
ADHD life saver
Terrific combo of apps!

Thank you so much for sharing that, I sympathize big time!
Simplified app
Pro subscription not working unless signed up to auto-renew! (UPDATED)
UPDATE 2026-01-06: I opened the app a few times over the past few days— today I found that the behavior I’d originally described (not recognizing my Pro subscription) was no longer occurring. I don’t have any idea what led to the change; it doesn’t seem like it was anything I did on my end. In any case, I’ve updated my review to 5 stars. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to really put it through its paces, but the app is clearly designed with an attention to detail and looks beautiful.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (1 star): When I cancel my auto-renewal in Apple’s settings, even though it shows I still have time left before the Pro subscription ends, the app doesn’t recognize it and still prompts me to sign up for Pro. I’m assuming this is merely a bug and not intentional (I’d guess it would be something that would get an app kicked off the App Store if it were intentional). I’ve never experienced this behavior with other apps so my assumption is that it’s a problem on this app’s end and not something on Apple’s end, but I suppose that could be mistaken. No matter the case, it needs to be addressed!
(I actually wound up paying for this app accidentally because of this behavior— I signed up for the trial, then canceled, then realized I couldn’t use the pro features despite having time left on my trial, so I signed back up for the trial, and of course forgot to cancel it in time and was charged for a year’s subscription. And now unless I maintain my subscription as auto-renewing in Apple Settngs, I can’t use the pro features!)
The app appears well designed otherwise and I’d still be open to trying it out (provided this app behavior was simply some sort of unintentional bug/mistake).
