Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Sensorberg One Access at 5.0 against BA's 3.5. BA's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Sensorberg One Access holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BA has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Sensorberg One Access's written reviews are positive against 36% of BA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Sensorberg One Access ships an update fortnightly, BA monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
