Typisch BA absolut benutzerunfreundlich.

Ich wüsste nicht wie man es noch benutzer unfreundlicher gestalten könnte. Absolut keine Hilfe, im Gegenteil. Künstliche Errichtung von Zugangserschwernissen. Leider gibt es nicht gar keinen Stern zu vergeben. Zum Glück bin ich auf diese Behörde nicht angewiesen. Wollte nur eine freiwillige Leistung beantragen, aber das kostet einen mehr Energie als die eigentliche Arbeit.
