Llama Life is a daily task planner and organizer, designed to help you focus on ONE task at a time - so you're not just making lists, you're actually getting THROUGH them! Llama Life let’s you set a countdown timer for *every* task. This concept is called ‘timeboxing’, and the idea is to create a (positive) constraint around the time we have to do something. The goal is to try and give a task 100% of our attention, until the timer runs out. This helps to increase focus, and gives us the mental space to think about ONE thing at a time. Llama Life also let’s you know your total List Time, and the estimated finishing time, so you can be more aware of time passing, and plan your day. We also love celebrating the wins, big or small, so very importantly, you get confetti (woo hoo!) when you finish a task. You can also personalize with color and emoji to get lots of variety and keep things fun and fresh! Llama Life offers a 7-day free trial, after which you can choose a Monthly or Annual subscription. I'm so glad you’re here, and are rooting for your success! All the best, Marie Founder, Llama Life PS - THANK YOU to the Llama Life community for all the kind words and support to help bring this to life... "This morning I found Llama Life. I added my Things 3 day tasks. And an hour later, everything is finished. But what surprises me the most is that I feel calm...I was looking for an app to stay focused (with my ADHD), I think I found it" - Julien E. "I have been using llama life to crush tasks at my new job this last week. I cannot tell you how satisfying it is to check tasks off in there. I love it so much. Thank you" - Nate N. "I have tried a ton of them and the best one so far is Llama Life for that very reason. Simple, relaxing, takes away stress instead of replacing it." - Dustin M. "Llama Life has taken what used to be the most anxiety-inducing part of my day and has given me permission to reframe my tasks in a fun, approachable way." - Izzie C. "I immediately fell in love because it’s a digitized way of how I do work - I used to do pomodoro, but not all tasks are equal. Llama Life is pomodoro on steroids!" - Stephen S. "So useful for both staying focused and staying realistic (love love love the "End time" calculation). I've tried a bunch of timers and pomodoro type things and this is by far the longest I've stuck with one! I think a lot of little touches you've added make a big difference" - Michael C. "I just found out about Llama Life from an ADHD account on Instagram and honestly, it’s a game changer." - Gilligan M. "I have to tell you I’ve been blown away by how focused and productive I am when I’m using Llama Life. I honestly haven’t found anything that has worked this well for me" - Katy W. "Try it. It's AMAZING. Wish I had known about Llama earlier! It's also an awesome ADHD tool." - Mei "It makes such a big difference to both my productivity and my sense of calm. And I love the feeling of achievement of completing my list" - Cathy R. More from our community here: https://testimonial.to/llama-life/all Terms of use: https://llamalife.co/terms

Build consistent habits with Sequential, an animated checklist that walks you through your own routines, workouts, musical practices, study sessions, meetings, or anything you can dream of. Designed to help you stick with it! Allow for the variables in life: It’s difficult to stick to routines in the midst of our chaotic lives. So when you run a sequence, you chose between three levels: the essential, moderate, and ambitious versions of your routine to account for the time or energy you have. Repeating the essential steps of a sequence builds the muscles to keep you on track, and makes sure you’re achieving the necessities. Structure without stress: Each step in a sequence only completes when you say it’s done, with customizable nudges to keep you on track without feeling like you need to beat the clock. No streaks: Focus on the day ahead without being shamed for missed days. No unnecessary data or bells and whistles to distract you while you’re trying to build a habit. Built for everyone: Designed by and for people with ADHD, but flexibile enough to help anyone who wants to do more with less time. And it fully supports VoiceOver and other accessibility features, so nobody is left out. I’m an independent developer and I’ve created Sequential to fill a real need in my own life. My priority is providing a useful and easy to use product, rather than price gouging and upselling. That means no tracking, no ads, and no AI. I don’t want your data, so Sequence doesn’t collect it. Features: - No ads, even in the free version - Optional voice notifications to speak each step of your routine out loud - Assign each step a level to allow your routine to fit into the time you actually have - Freely customziable push notifications to keep you on track - Assign an emoji to each step to quickly identify it at a glance - Simple and calm design that feels at home on iOS - 7 different timer styles, from whimiscal to minimal - Schedule your sequences to start at or end by a certain time, and get reminded when it’s time to start - Import and export your sequences to a plaintext format at any time - Full support for VoiceOver and other accessibilty features - Create unlimited sequences* - Choose from 16 themes and 37 different app icons* *Requires Sequential Unlimited purchase Terms of service: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy policy: https://sequentialapp.net/privacy

Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Sequential at freemium against ADHD Organizer's subscription. Sequential also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and review sentiment (100% vs 84%). ADHD Organizer's advantage is ratings volume (117 vs 4) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. ADHD Organizer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.00 per month and Sequential sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Sequential holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ADHD Organizer has 117 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 84% of ADHD Organizer's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sequential's.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
