FivePointFive translates that science into sessions you can see working: - Live heart-rate in class to watch your autonomic nervous shift in real time - AI Performance Coach with post-session insights and coach tips - Trends over time across HR, HRV, resting HR, and sleep Train the full system: Mind • Body • Sleep - Mind: Downshift stress fast, sharpen focus, and rebalance the nervous system—in as little as 90 seconds. - Body: Build breathing mechanics and CO₂ tolerance to increase endurance, boost stamina, and speed recovery. - Sleep: Lower nighttime cortisol and deepen restorative sleep so you wake recovered and ready to go. About

RestoriaFit

Features

Restoria turns exercise clips into your own searchable training library — built for rehab, mobility, and strength. See a great drill on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or in your camera roll? Share it to Restoria. It analyzes the video and automatically marks where each exercise starts and ends — turning one long clip into individual, named exercises you can tag, search, and reuse. Nothing is ever cut or re-edited, and every clip links back to the original post so the creator gets the credit. HOW IT WORKS • Save clips from anywhere via the share sheet, or add your own videos. • Restoria marks where each exercise starts and ends, names them, and files them in your library. • Browse your library, filter by muscle group or body area, and search. • Build a quick session in seconds: pick a body area and how many moves, and Restoria fills it with exercises — swap any you don't want, or just describe what you want and let it build the session for you. • Run it with a guided player that loops each clip, and log how it felt — including a quick pain/feel check for rehab tracking. MADE FOR • Rehab and prehab — keep the exercises your PT or coach gave you in one place. • Mobility and flexibility routines. • Strength training and warm-ups. • Anyone who collects exercise videos and wants them organized instead of scattered across saved posts. SHARED LIBRARIES Add a friend's library to see and use their clips alongside your own — view only, since only the owner can ever edit their clips, and nothing is copied to your account. Start with the included demo library, or build your own from scratch. This is free, like everything else in the app. Your library is listed by default so others can add it; you can hide it at any time from Profile, and you can make individual clips private without hiding the rest. YOUR LIBRARY, YOUR WAY Restoria is a personal organizer, not a social feed. No ads. Your clips, tags, and session history are yours. Restoria is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow guidance from your own healthcare provider.
