Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: QuarterFull at every 3 days against ARC's every 2 weeks. QuarterFull also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). ARC's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 58%) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuarterFull sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and ARC sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.0 for QuarterFull against 4.0 for ARC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ARC has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of QuarterFull's written reviews are positive against 75% of ARC's.
QuarterFull ships an update every 3 days, ARC every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
