Mahi Movement is a training platform built around gymnastics and skill development, with a focus on improving movement quality, strength, and control. The platform provides structured training, skill based programs, and ongoing development options designed to break movements down, build positional awareness, and develop strength in the ranges required for long term progression. Training spans strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and accessory work, and can be followed independently or alongside other training. Sessions are delivered through the app with video demonstrations and written guidance to support understanding and execution. Athletes can also track their training and monitor progress over time.
