Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ULTIMEA at 4.8 against SIMREX TRACK's 2.4. ULTIMEA also leads on review sentiment (51% vs 17%) and ratings volume (845 vs 11). SIMREX TRACK's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
