Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
O2 Academy Venues holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of FIXR's written reviews are positive against 6% of O2 Academy Venues's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
FIXR ships an update every 3 weeks, O2 Academy Venues every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
