FedLeave is a leave tracking app built specifically for U.S. federal government employees — no more spreadsheets, no more guessing. Track all 17 federal leave codes across every pay period of the year, with automatic calculations for annual leave, sick leave, credit hours, compensatory time, and more. FedLeave applies the same accrual tiers, year-end bonus rules, and holiday observance logic used in official Leave and Earnings Statements (LES), verified against real OPM payroll data through months of beta testing. FEATURES: • Dashboard — see your current balances, pay period status, and use-or-lose warnings at a glance • Calendar — view leave entries, paydays, and federal holidays laid out by month, with pay period boundaries clearly marked • Pay Periods — browse every pay period for the year with a running balance history • History — review balances across multiple years, with CSV import and export • Leave Projection Export — generate a printable, signature-ready PDF for your supervisor showing your planned leave for the year • Custom Holidays — declare agency-specific closures, automatically reconciled with your leave balances • Multiple work schedules — Straight 8s, 4-10s, and 5-4/9 compressed schedules, with automatic in-lieu-of holiday observance • CSV import/export — bring in your historical leave data or back up your records anytime ACCURATE, TO THE HOUR FedLeave doesn't just track your leave — it calculates it, using the actual federal regulations that govern accrual and balances (5 U.S.C. and 5 CFR), including edge cases that trip up spreadsheets: mid-year tier changes, year-end bonus accrual periods, and in-lieu-of holiday shifts for compressed work schedules. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All of your data stays on your device. FedLeave doesn't collect, transmit, or sell any personal information — no account required, no internet connection needed, no third-party analytics or tracking. Whether you're planning next year's leave, reconciling your balance against your LES, or just tired of maintaining a spreadsheet, FedLeave gives federal employees a purpose-built tool for one of the most misunderstood parts of government employment.
