Researchers at the Brain and Mind centre have created Minding Your Mind as a tool to help you understand your mental health and identify patterns, empowering you to discover what works best for you. All data you enter into the app is strictly confidential and not linked to your identity. If you choose, you can contribute your deidentified data to research and make an important contribution to science and our understanding of mental health.
