GAMA (the Protector) vs CPGRAMS

GAMA (the Protector) app, an initiative by ITC, is launched as a gamified culture enabler to empower and create a safe working environment. The community app will have the following features: 1. Team Formations and Team Names: Users can form teams and assign creative team names within the app with the help of admin via the contact us page. Admin can help create a private community with the name for that respective team. 2. Daily Safety Quiz: A daily safety quiz will be conducted through the app. 3.Poster-Making Competition: Individuals can participate in the safety-themed posters event, RSVP in the event and upload pictures of their posters directly to the app inside the event community for submission. 4. Safety Events: Events will be listed and users can participate by RSVP. 5. Weekly Theme-Based Hazard Reporting and Suggestions: Each week will feature a new safety theme, and participants can report hazards or provide suggestions based on the theme via the feed submission. 6.Winners and Leaders Dashboard: A live dashboard will display the scores and rankings, highlighting top performers and overall leaders. 7. Users can post contents/pics/videos based on weekly theme and other users can like them. 8. News: Get to know the latest news uploaded by the admin team. 9. Image Gallery & Video Gallery: Users can view at the gallery of images and videos uploaded by the admin.

MyGrievance is an App of PGPORTAL to Lodge Grievance with Central/State Govts. The mobile app of PGPORTAL viz. ‘MyGrievance’ is developed by National Informatics Centre in collaboration with Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, GoI It serves a platform for public to Lodge grievances related to Central/State Government organizations and to monitor them. Key Features 1. Sign Up: One time sign up is required to get User Login. 2. Dashboard: A Dashboard for lodging and monitoring after login 3. Grievances lodged by the user is available under categories like Total, Pending, and Disposed. 4. User can track his/her grievance in real time mode. 5. Facility to send reminder to lodged grievances and feedback for disposed grievances. 6. Seamless Sign Up : Sign Up can be done either from CPGRAMS in UMANG or using sign-up form available at https://pgportal.gov.in 7.
